Winfixer + two trojans have I got ride of them?

Hi,
Here is what I noticed and what I've done to try and fix it;
The first thing I noticed is that the explorer.exe process would take all cpu time after about 2~3 minutes. I ran the Trend Micro web security scanner and was told I had troj_killer.cb I disabled system restore, delted two references to the file in registry and then ran trend micro again and deleted the original problem.
The next day I had the same problem, after running the symmantec web scanner I was told that I also had download.trojan. I asked the program to remove the files.
Then I started getting Wifixer 2005 popups. I ran ad-aware, spy-bot and a^2 which finally caught found the offending programs. I have also run the symmantic virus scanner.

Could you please tell me if I've managed to clean my system, and if not what have I got left to do? Here is my HijackThis log:

In order to help me help you, please observe the following while we work:

1. If you don’t know, stop and ask! Don’t continue, we don’t want to start all over again!
2. Understand that cleaning your computer can sometimes take multiple passes/posts,
   and it’s important to follow the steps as listed including re-running scans as listed

Hi MrTumnus,

I would like you to make sure windows shows your hidden files and folders:

Click here if you need help doing this.

Next, use explorer to navigate to the folder C:\WINDOWS

You can do this by right-clicking START, select
EXPLORE ALL USERS, then on the left pane, click C:, and in the
right pane, choose WINDOWS

From here, we need to find the folder which contains the Vundo Trojan.

The folder will start with $N36F0 and will likely have random characters after.

Please post back the FULL PATH of the folder so I can give you the
remainder of the instructions.

Please do not delete anything just yet… this Trojan can be tricky, so I want to make sure
we get rid of it fully.

Someone called ALgal (who is a member at MRU) has given me some advice, which I've followed. This means that the HijackThis log above is not valid. Since ALgal is already working you thru a fix, it is probably best that you
stick with her until your system is fixed (having two of us work thru your
logs is, at best, counterproductive)
