hi, after the security2k crap removal im having other problems either related or unrelated. now when i go to windows update thru the control panel it takes me to the page but its blank with " done " in the lower left of the explorer window. page loaded but its a blank page. other sites i goto and try to dl something nothing happens unless the site has " if your download doesnt start click here " then i can click that and the dl window will pop up and i can save to the desktop or where ever. also somthing funny iv set the home page as yahoo. when i type in for a search the first page i get is the yahoo page " error 400 bad request" then im allowed to type in and receive the found pages. wierd. xp pro sp2 cable connection. thanks
