computer running very slowly, programs unresponsive, recently added a lot of software for my new job, which made it even worse. please help?

This is your third thread.
I replied to you first thread asking for a fresh log to be posted in reply.
You started a second thread with no log at all.

If you still require any help please click Post Reply and give a fresh HJT log
DO NOT START ANOTHER THREAD
If you start another thread, I will not know that you have replied and you have to wait until someone sees it.
