Internet Speed Monitor

Ok, so I'm new here. I'm freaking out over my computer because this has NEVER happened, but now I have a thing called Internet Speed Monitor that keeps bringing up BOGUS Popups. I tried my Mcafee, spybot and adaware but nothing works I really need my computer for school, sadly my fiance believes every pop up he sees and clicks away...

any who I did some research by googleing it and it said to get a program hijack this and this forum was trusted by that program to help me. Heres my logfile. PLEASE HELP

• Double click ComboFix.exe and follow the prompts.
