Ok, this is what we need to do

Click Start >>> Run
Type CMD click "OK"

A window will open.
Now carefully do the following
  • Copy the following line
    Vfind -ltf C:\QooBox\* > C:\Vfound.txt
    Now right Click in the CMD window, then press enter
  • next do the same for
    Notepad C:\Vfound.txt
Notepad will open, please copy paste the contents here.
Close the CMD window with the cross in the top right corner.

Please have a look and see if you can find this folder
c:\QooBox\LastRun if it is there please open it and see if it contains anything.
Let me know what you find

Don't try to restore the files yourself, some of the file names will have been altered
