As topic indicates, I had some younger family over recently who I allowed to use my PC. As expected, they disregarded everything I asked them not to do and downloaded several P2P programs, torrents, pirated games, etc.

I believe I've repaired most of the damage, but one instance is still bugging me. I'm not sure if it's actually malware or just a buggy file (InstallShield continues to try and install/update a program which I deleted.) Although, I'm sure there's probably something else I missed, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Here's a HijackThis log that I just took:

lew,
Because of the special nature of the Win 2003 Server operating system, and the limitations of our tools, we will be unable to help with your machine, or give the advice you have requested.

This is a policy matter with us. Sorry we can't help.

My OS is actually WinXP Professional x64, but I assume that won't matter since they're so similar, will it?

oh well, thanks anyway.
