Please help a P.C. novice. My ISP address keeps changing to "about blank"
and no matter how many times I re-enter my correct ISP it changes back

I realise that I have been infected by a high jacker but can someone guide me thro getting rid of this thing...but in VERY simple language as I am a bit of a thicko!!! Also does this "infection" mean that I am paying premium rate for any time on line?
