You have THREE antivirus programs on your PC at the same time. They will conflict with each other and cause system instability and/or improper AntiVirus protection.
Choose to keep just one: either the Bit Defender or Kaspersky or Norton(Symantec) Antivirus, and Uninstall the other TWO, Using Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.

Post a New HiJackThis Log

Reboot your computer. Start HijackThis.

Click Do System Scan and Save a Log File.
When the Scan is complete, select the whole log (Ctrl-A), copy and paste the log contents in a reply.
