took it all out...ZA, AVG virus and Spyware, video, downloads and page loading still slow. I'm not surprised,...the problem existed before we installed ZA.

We also tried running WinsockXP fix and comboFix. These did correct the problem at one point but, that's not the case anymore. Also looked into LSP fix but that's not easy to use so we didn't attempt it

Your problems do not appear to be malware related

As such, I would suggest posting in the general computer problems forum at castlecops:
