Hello ensnelson

Your system has been infected with a Trojans and a Worm

The worms has it's own SMTP mailing engine which means it gathers E-mails from your local computer and re-distributes itself.
In worst cases this worm can allow attackers to access your computer, stealing passwords and personal data

Do NOT use this computer for online banking, transactions, etc. because your computer's security has been compromised.
If you have been using for any online banking you should change your passwords at any sensitive sites from another clean computer.
And warn them you may have been a victim of identity theft.
If your system is part of a network, remove it from that network straight away

It's going to be quite a clean up job,as you have lots infections, so lets get started.

Print out the instructions as you go to refer to

You are running HijackThis out of a temporary directory.

Can you please uninstall or delete your current Highjackthis and download and install
a new one from the directions below.

Download HJTInstall.exe to your Desktop.
  • Double click HJTInstall.exe to install it.
  • By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis .
  • Click on Install.
  • It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.
  • Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis.
  • Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
  • Copy/Paste the log to your next reply please.
  • Don't use the Analyse This button, its findings are dangerous if misinterpreted.
  • Don't have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

Once you have installed HJT go to your C Drive, then open Program Files, find the Trendmicro Folder and double click to open,
Inside you see the HJT folder, double click to open, right click on HijackThis and rename to Seemenow

Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop.

Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :

  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
  • Choose your usual account.

  • Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
  • Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
  • It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
  • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
  • When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
  • Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
(Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting back on the forum).

1. Download this file - combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Make a uninstall list using HijackThis To access the Uninstall Manager you would do the following:

1. Start HijackThis
2. Click on the Config button
3. Click on the Misc Tools button
4. Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.

Image5.

Click on the Save list... button and specify where you would like to save this file.

When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file.
Simply copy and paste the contents of that notepad here on your next reply.

Finally paste the contents of the SDFix Report.txt back on the forum with a new HijackThis log, along with the uninstall list, and the combofixlog.
