Hi kauphee,

I'm sorry it's taken so long for someone to respond to your log.

Please post a new HijackThis log and an uninstall list and I'll look over it for you. The latest version of HijackThis works better with Windows Vista - you can download it from here:
http://downloads.malwareremoval.com/HJTInstall.exe

Once you have downloaded the new version, remove the old version via Control Panel->Programs and Features and then use Windows Explorer to delete the program file:
C:\Program Files\HiJackThis\HijackThis.exe

Then run the new version's installer.
After installing, HijackThis will open automatically but close the program for now.
Use Windows Explorer to navigate to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis, right-click HijackThis.exe, choose the Compatibility tab and check the box next to Run this program as an administrator
Whenever you run HijackThis now you should get a UAC prompt which you have to Allow before the program starts

Now, open HijackThis, select Open the Misc Tools section
Press the Open Uninstall Manager... button, then press Save list...
Save the Uninstall log to your deskop and include a copy in your next response.
Now press Back and Scan and then Save log to create and save a new HijackThis log.

When complete, please post the uninstall list and the new HijackThis log.
Also, please let me know if you are experiencing any symptoms or have reason to suspect infection.
