Hi and welcome to the Board

I'm Blade and I am going to try to help you with your problem. Please take a note of five things.

  1. I will start working on your Malware issues, this may or may not, solve other issues you have with your machine.
  2. The fixes are specific to your problem and should only be used for this issue on this machine
  3. The process is not instant. Please continue to review my answers until I tell you your machine is clear. Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.
  4. If you don't know, stop and ask! Don't keep going on.
  5. Please reply to this thread. Do not start a new topic.

Please download
VundoFix.exe
to your desktop.
  • Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
  • Click the Scan for Vundo button.
  • Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.

    click YES
  • Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing
    Vundo.
  • When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer,
    click OK.
  • Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new
    HiJackThis log.

Hi

HJT log is the same you posted before my previous instructions. Post a fresh one (taken after fixing those entries).

Looks like you didn't quarantine AVG findings as advised. :? We need to remove those manually.

Delete following folders:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\WinAntiSpyware 2007
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\WinAntiSpyware 2007
C:\VundoFix Backups
C:\Program Files\poolsv

and file:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\FOPN.sys

Empty recycle bin too:
1. Right-click on recycle bin icon on your desktop.
2. Click Empty recycle bin.
