So, if you were asked the following, would you install the software in question?:

It looks pretty standard to me. I get the feeling that the "Stinkin Company" will turn out to be Microsoft. ;)

Thanks ChrisRLG, that looks to be a handy utility,
and beynac, of course you are correct, it is indeed M$.

I just found it odd that I would need to agree to such a
waiver, given that all I wanted to do was install the
'Time Zone Patch' for Office.

Seems a bit overkill, standard or not. ;)
