A-squared Free - detected traces

Unread postby dagwoood » February 28th, 2007, 7:24 pm

Hi, I wander if someone could put my mind at rest please :oops:

I've ran an a-squared scan and it's picked up 4 items it classes as traces. These are the registry entries:

Value: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{00000001-4FEF-40D3-B3FA-E0531B897F98}\InprocServer32 --> ThreadingModel detected: Trace.Registry.Blin
Value: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{64697678-0000-0010-8000-00AA00389B71}\InprocServer32 --> ThreadingModel detected: Trace.Registry.Blin
Value: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{00000001-4FEF-40D3-B3FA-E0531B897F98}\InprocServer32 --> ThreadingModel detected: Trace.Registry.Blin
Value: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{64697678-0000-0010-8000-00AA00389B71}\InprocServer32 --> ThreadingModel detected: Trace.Registry.Blin

From what I've read, this type of threat in of itself isn't anything to worry about, but I'd just like a second opinion to put my mind at rest :)

I've ran Spybot S&D and AVG Anti-Spyware and they've not found anything. Here's my HJT log just in case:
