I'd like this form, when you click submit it goes STRAIGHT to my email [lil_chav_c@hotmail.com] with no popups saying to do other stuff
please fix this html

I don't think your getting to get much help here, since this isn't the correct forum. I suggest you register at http://www.techguy.org and ask in the Web Development forum they have. I'm sure you'll get help there.
