Hi, New to the board. Although I work with computers for a living Windows is definitely not my area of expertise. I've got some AOL files that are being reported by Windows XP media addition SP2 as corrupt. Exact error is: The file or directory is corrupted or unreadable: cmls_ms.tlv
Tried de-installing AOL and AIM but can't removed the affected file.
Tried chkdsk /f put still couldn't remove the file
Read a post here that said I needed HJT so I've downloaded it a create a log - the file I'm having trouble with doesn't list in the log file, but here it is:

Hi terryb40
Download CCleaner from here to clean temp files from your computer.
Don't use it yet

Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop.

• Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
• Click the Scan for Vundo button.
• Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
• You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
• Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
• When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
• Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log.

Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button." when VundoFix appears at reboot.

Can you tell me if AOL is still your ISP?
