Could YOU be BT’s Internet Ranger of the Year?

Unread postby Vino Rosso » October 8th, 2010, 6:30 am

The search is on to find the UK’s most dedicated young Internet Rangers in the >BT Internet Ranger of the Year Awards 2010/11<

If you are a young person who has helped teach an older person how to use the internet, then you could win an award.

There will be one national winner in each of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland who will receive a laptop plus £100 worth of vouchers for software/computer equipment and one overall UK winner who will win an additional £200 worth of IT vouchers. There will also be up to four runners up who will each win a laptop.

And the BT Internet Rangers School Award will recognise the school, or group of schools, which does the most to help older people make the most of the internet – with a top prize of £4,000 and two runners up prizes of £2,500.
