http://www.adobe.com/support/security/bulletins/apsb11-26.html

Release date: September 21, 2011

Critical vulnerabilities have been identified in Adobe Flash Player 10.3.183.7 and earlier versions for Windows, Macintosh, Linux and Solaris, and Adobe Flash Player 10.3.186.6 and earlier versions for Android. There are reports that one of these vulnerabilities (CVE-2011-2444) is being exploited in the wild in active targeted attacks designed to trick the user into clicking on a malicious link delivered in an email message. This universal cross-site scripting issue could be used to take actions on a user's behalf on any website or webmail provider if the user visits a malicious website.

Adobe recommends users of Adobe Flash Player 10.3.183.7 and earlier versions for Windows, Macintosh, Linux and Solaris update to Adobe Flash Player 10.3.183.10. Users of Adobe Flash Player for Android 10.3.186.6 and earlier versions should update to Adobe Flash Player for Android 10.3.186.7.

Be extra careful downloading Adobe Flash Player 11.5.502.110, Release date: November 6, 2012 - on the first page there is a checkbox that is default checked to download and install McAfee Security Scan Plus. I spotted it just as I hit "update now" and scrambled to hit the back button to uncheck it!

Adobe wrote:These updates resolve buffer overflow vulnerabilities that could lead to code execution (CVE-2012-5274, CVE-2012-5275, CVE-2012-5276, CVE-2012-5277, CVE-2012-5280).

These updates resolve memory corruption vulnerabilities that could lead to code execution (CVE-2012-5279).

These updates resolve a security bypass vulnerability that could lead to code execution (CVE-2012-5278).
This patch is listed as level 1 for Windows users (Install within 72hours), level 2 for Macintosh users (Install within 30 days), and level 3 for Linux or Android users (Install on discretion)
