Good luck :)

==============
1.

Have you applied for ASAP membership yet.

They may ask you to wait till you are up and running for a time.

==============
2.

Some pointers with the phpBB2 software.

If you can live with the default software stay with it. When you add MODS (Modifications) it complicates the upgrade when new versions come out.

IF you do go with MODS do setup a test forum in a subdomain (or other subfolder) so you can run that in tandom and check all the updates etc before you do on the live forum.

==============
3.

If you need an artist it provide a logo you could do a lot worse than :-
http://forum.computertrouble.co.uk and look up cycoze, he made mine and those at that site. He may be willing to provide one or two from you to choose from. He might be too busy also now they have thier new site up, but you could ask.

==============
4.

Chatroom - wyldryde is free and you can use the software at thier site to make the code for putting on a webpage for victims.

You should also change the config screen so that users have :-

Always notify me of replies

To default to yes - or victims will not get emails.

You also need to have user activation set - or peoples email addresses will not be validated.
