I have joined this forum because I like to fight malware. I want to gain advanced knowledge how to kill it. I have already gained some experience with DDS, GMER, Combofix, Avenger and other tools.

Using tools like ComboFix without being trained in their use, can be dangerous and render the user's computer inoperable. You want to learn the proper way to remove malware and not just imitate what you may see other helpers do. There are specific reasons the helpers choose the tools they use.
