 Post subject: anti malware program recommendations for pc?

im having issues with a couple webpages im pretty sure dont have malware on them with malwarebytes anti malware and i dont wanna unblock my entire web browser from that program.id rather just unblock the webpages im having issues with

im pretty sure they dont have malware on them eather cuz no one on the webpages have ever complained about it and ive downloaded things pretty regularly on the site and havent ever had any virus issues

oh yeah,perferably a free program

Malwarebytes does not generally block access to a webpage without good reason. If a usually "safe" site is blocked, it is usually because some malicious content was detected.

Malware writers commonly insert "poisoned" links into legitimate websites, and it may be such a link that is the reason that Malwarebytes has blocked the particular site you're wanting to visit.

If you're absolutely convinced that this is not the case, it is possible to add the site to an ignore list, so that Malwarebytes does not block it. If you do this, then you yourself are responsible for anything that may happen as a result.

To add a site to the ignore list ....

Visit the site, and when the Malwarebytes block message comes up, right click on it, and from the context menu that appears, select that you want to add it to the Ignore List.
