I wanted to try this to learn from http://spyware-free.us/tutorials/vmware/
but read 3GB Virtual memory.
My question is I can't use it right?

Not sure on VM, but with VPC you can use with just 512mb, although it is small, it will work.

I can't find one that says it will work on XP home?

I'm looking at the system requirements on the box of my MS VPC and it says XP Pro or Windows 2000. So I don't think XP Home is supported. Perhaps there is some kind of work around, but I suspect the reason is some of the networking features that are disabled in Home that prevents it from working.
