 Post subject: help 3 problems

First problem is when i download the DDS tool it wont run for me so i cant get the logs. I've tried to download it from multiple sources and it still wont work.
Second problem is I uninstalled McAfee with revo uninstaller and it's still there.
Third problem is someone downloaded video grabber and cant get rid of it.
