 Post subject: My Computer has been infected with - searchnu.com/410?

I have some sort of hijacker in my computer and I'm not sure what to do. It takes me to "searchnu.com/410" and is a fake google homepage. I downloaded "Hijack this" ran the scan and here is the log. Not sure if this is whats needed to help solve this issue but it's all I could figure out. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
