Please read > >THIS ANNOUNCEMENT< < before posting your NEW topic about your problem.

Please do NOT reply to your topic until a staff member has responded as they are looking for topics that have ZERO replies.

Paste your logs into your post. DO NOT USE ATTACHMENTS! Logs posted as attachments will be ignored and the topic will be closed.

If no expert has replied after 3 days, and you still require assistance, please post in our 72 hour bump room > > CLICK HERE < < Please do NOT reply to your own topic in an attempt to "bump" it. Bumped topics will be closed, requiring you to start again from the beginning.

If you are being helped and you haven't replied to your helper within 3 days of their last post, your topic will be closed as inactive. If that happens, you will need to start a new topic when you have the time available to promptly complete all instructions.

If your topic has been closed due to inactivity, do NOT request that your topic be reopened - we do NOT reopen topics unless they have been closed in error - you will need to start a NEW topic with NEW DDS logs. Hello alyosha2,

Welcome to the Malware Removal Forum. My name is Troy and I will be assisting you with the malware issues on your computer.
Because I am still in training, all the advice I give must first be checked by an instructor, therefore there may be some delays in my replies.

A few things before we get started
  1. If you have not already done so Please read these forum rules.
  2. Please be aware that removing malware is not without risk and while unrecoverable damage to systems is rare, it can happen and require a re-format and re-install of your operating system. Because of this it is a good idea to back-up anything important saved on your computer.
  3. Any fixes I may post will be specific to your computer and should not be used on other computers.
  4. While we work on your computer please don't install any new programs, try any other fixes, or run any tools other than those requested.
  5. If at any time my instructions are not clear please ask before proceeding.
  6. Failure to respond within 3 days will result in this topic being closed - If you need more time to complete the steps required, please let me know.

I am currently reviewing your logs and will return with further instructions when finished.
Please be patient. The first reply may take a while.

Hi alyosha2,

First a couple of questions
  1. What is this computer used for?
  2. How did you obtain Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 ?

P2P Advisory!
IMPORTANT There are signs of one or more P2P (Peer to Peer) File Sharing Programs installed on your computer.
  • µTorrent
  • SoulSeek 157 NS 12d
  • SoulSeek Client 156c

Per Forum Policy I am not allowed to offer further assistance untill all P2P File Sharing Software has been removed.

If you choose NOT to remove the program(s)...indicate that in your next reply and this topic will be closed.
Otherwise, please perform the following steps:

  1. Click on Start > Control Panel and double click on Add/Remove Programs.
  2. Locate each program listed above in red.
  3. Click on the Change/Remove button to uninstall it.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each program listed.
  4. When the program(s) have been uninstalled... Close Add/Remove Programs. Close Control Panel.

It's very important to stay away from P2P file sharing programs. Criminals have "planted" thousands upon thousands of infections in the "free" shared files.
Almost all of these recent infections will compromise your Security, and some can turn your machine into a useless "doorstop".

Step 1
MGADiag.exe
  • Please download MGA Diagnostic Tool and save it to your Desktop.
  • Double click on MGADiag.exe to run it.
  • Click Continue.
  • The program will run. It takes a while to finish the diagnosis, please be patient.
  • Once done, click on Copy.
  • Open Notepad and paste the contents in the window.
  • Save this file and copy/paste it in your next reply.

Step 2
CKScanner

  • Please download CKScanner from Here
  • Save it to your desktop.
  • Double-click CKScanner.exe to run it, then click Search For Files.
  • After a short time, when it has finished running, click Save List To File.
  • A message box will verify the file saved. Please Run the program only once.
  • Double-click the CKFiles.txt icon on your desktop and copy/paste the contents in your next reply.

Please include in your next reply
  • Answers to my questions
  • MGADiag log
  • CKFiles.txt

Due to a lack of response, this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Malware Removal forum, include a
fresh DDS log, and wait for a new helper.
