I think everything is OK but im not sure for this line:

O9 - Extra button: ShopperReports - Compare product prices - {E77EDA01-3C56-4a96-8D08-02B42891C169} - D:\WINDOWS\System32\shdocvw.dll

I could not delete it! Should I go with killbox?

No, that's a system file.
Try deleting that 09 line in safe mode.

Also, search for and export registry for E77EDA01-3C56-4a96-8D08-02B42891C169
