Hi there,
Please set your system to show all files; see here for how to do this if you're unsure.

HijackThis is current; running from a zipped location.
It needs to be in its own folder - outside the zip folder.
It will work as it is - BUT - it will not make backups to use incase of mistakes.

Press Control-Alt-Del to enter the Task Manager.
Click on the Processes tab and end the following processes:

F:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\2.bin\mwsoemon.exe
F:\Program Files\Windows FormatAd\WinForm.exe
F:\Program Files\Windows FormatAd\WinFormKeep.exe
F:\Program Files\BullsEye Network\bin\bargains.exe

Exit the Task Manager when finished

Close all programs down, leaving only HijackThis running.
Place a check against the following items:

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {00A6FAF6-072E-44cf-8957-5838F569A31D} - F:\Program Files\MyWebSearch\SrchAstt\2.bin\MWSSRCAS.DLL

O23 - Service: ZESOFT - Unknown - F:\WINDOWS\zeta.exe

Click on Fix Checked and exit HijackThis.

Reboot into Safe Mode: see here if you don't know how to do this.

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them:

F:\Program Files\Windows FormatAd\
F:\Program Files\BullsEye Network\
F:\Program Files\MyWebSearch\
F:\PROGRA~1\SEARCH~2\
F:\WINDOWS\System32\msbe.dll
F:\Program Files\Viewpoint\
F:\WINDOWS\zeta.exe

Exit Explorer, and reboot as normal afterwards.

I see that you are running in the F drive - that may mean that you have more than one operating system on this machine - in which case the deletions would work much better from the other operating system (if they can read this drive) than if deleting from the same operating system. They would have no chance of being active.

Post back a fresh HijackThis log and we'll take another look.
