Hi - I appear to be infected with "trojan.horse.generic.oof" and "trojan.horse.generic.non" - the symtoms being virus alerts from AVG7, and my PC tries to dial up to an internet connection automatically after boot up.

I run win XP

I have so far disabled system restore, enabled 'show hidden files and folders', disabled both 'hide extensions for known file types' and ' hide protected operating systems files' .

I have installed and run: CW Shredder; Ad aware; EWIDO, and AVG

Scanners now say no infections, however, on reboot the original symtoms return!!

Any help gratefully received.

Thanks

Andy
