Hi yarat68 and welcome to the Forum.

I cannot see alot wrong with your log. Winxpcleaner is not from Microsoft. And it is advisable to not use this or download this. You may have had this message:

Detection on **DATE**TIME**

STOP! Windows Requires Immediate Attention

The Registry is corrupt and has errors.
Patching the errors is required to prevent damage to files.

(1) Open Internet Explorer

(2) In the URL field type www WinXPCleaner com (I have omitted the periods)

(3) Download the Registry Cleaner

(4) Run and Fix your Registry

Upon completion these warnings will stop

----------

Disable Norton by going to the systray at the bottom right and right-click on the Norton image and select disable.

----------

Open up HijackThis and Do a system scan only. Place a check mark next to the following:

O9 - Extra button: Related - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Show &Related Links - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm

With no other windows or browsers open other than HijackThis click on Fix.

----------
Restart your computer
----------

Are you having any other problems? Please let us know.

Post back with a fresh HijackThis log and we will review it.

Andy ;)

While we appreciate that you may be busy, it has been 10 days or more since we heard from you.

Infections can change and fresh instructions will now need to be given. If you still require assistance then please post a revised HijackThis log.
