Hello abajorek and welcome to Malware Removal

There isn't much wrong there but there are a couple of things that can go.

Run hijackthis and click the scan button, when it has finished scanning then put a tick against the following, close all other browsers and windows and click 'fix checked'

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer,SearchURL = http://www.begin2search.com/sidesearch.html

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {52FE5233-367C-4EFB-BDD7-0BE4D212C107} - (no file)

That should do it! I would also recommend clearing your temp files

Please download and install this disk cleanup utility called Cleanup!
http://cleanup.stevengould.org/

It will get rid of any malware which may be hiding in your temp folders ( a common hiding place). You will also regain a massive amount of disk space.

Here is a tutorial which describes its usage:

Run the disk cleanup utility and check the custom settings to your liking under options, but be sure to delete temporary files and temporary internet files for all user profiles. Also, cleanout the prefetch folder and the recycle bin.

When you say your computer is noisy what do you mean exactly? If your hard drive is rattling and crunching then it might be a good idea to treat yourself to a new one and back up your stuff as soon as you can because it could be on its way out.

When was the last time you looked inside the case? Fans can become noisy when they are clogged up with dust. If this is the case then treat yourself to a can of compressed air and very carefully give the inside a bit of a spring clean. I've just done a quick google and found this for more information
