Hi zintar,

I am sorry to say, but your Win 7 Ultimate licence is not valid/genuine.
This may mean the the operating system is a cracked/pirated OS and is by no means secure.
This also means it cannot be made clean, safe or secure for use for any reason.

Cracked/Pirated Software Detected!

Checking through your logs I can detect that you have downloaded and installed cracked software on the computer.

    Windows 7 Ultimate

This may or may not be related to your computer issues, however, if you wish me to continue helping you, then you must remove both the keygen and crack files as well as the related programs.
May I draw your attention to Use of "cracked" programs.
We do not support the use of illegal Pirated/Warez/Cracked software.
If seeking help in our Malware removal forum please know that users who have programs obtained by such methods will be asked to remove them, since our help could otherwise be seen as aiding and abetting copyright violations. Aside from the legalities be aware malware authors prey on users looking to circumvent a software's protection mechanisms. There is a high risk of infection involved in downloading and running crack codes.

Thank you for the information. As mentioned in my previous post, I did not install the programs, they were installed by the people who serviced the unit. I assumed they installed legitimate programs.

How do I remove keygen, crack files and related programs?

PS Also, I may as well let you know, this unit gave me problems from the first week I got it and I should have returned it ASAP. I was planning to give the laptop to a friend or donate it to charity before it got infected. At this point I am ready to wipe the drive clean and turn it in to a recycling center.

I will wait of course until I receive further reply from you. Thank you for your assistance.

PPS Microsoft has been sending me messages to get free upgrade to Windows 10. Would doing that at least solve the problem of the crack files? Let me know and I will do that ASAP.
