dw20.exe and multiple errors slowing down and preventing cpu

have multiple .exe errors preventing cpu usage. Little blue circle keeps spinning. CPU keeps stating that dw20.exe wants to open a file when I go to websites. I use cpu for work and login to many sites and am unable to do so. Internet Exploroer will keep closing and restarting when I do not allow .exe file to open.

used the forum in the past with 100% success. Hoping for the same this time. Much appreciation

Posting Logs as Attachments

May I draw your attention to the topic: ALL USERS OF THIS FORUM MUST READ THIS FIRST, which you should have read before posting for help.

The instructions for running DDS or FRST found HERE, state how we need you to post the logs, so we can help you.

The section here explains why you should not post attachments unless the helper assisting you requests that you do so.

If you still require assistance, please start a new topic and copy and paste your DDS logs (DDS.txt and Attach.txt) OR your FRST logs (FRST.txt and Addition.txt) and wait for a new helper. Thank you for your understanding.
