Hi DougSr,
Sorry for the long delay.
Please complete the following.
Step 1. Create a System Restore Point Pull the mouse pointer to the bottom right hand corner of the screen. The right side menu should appear. Click on the Settings button. From the Settings Menu, select Control Panel. Select System and Security Select System In the left hand column, select System protection. A window will pop up called System properties. From the "System Properties" window, click the tab "System Protection". Make sure that Local Disk (C:) (System) is highlighted. Click the "Create" button at the bottom of the window. A "System Protection" box will appear. Type a description "Clean Restore Point" and click "Create". Now the system will start creating a restore point. When complete, you will receive a message that a restore point has been created for you. Step 2. First please
Disable any
Antivirus you have active, as shown in
This topic .
Note: Don't forget to re-enable it after the scan. Next please download
zoek.exe and save it to your
desktop .
Close any open browsers. Right click on zoek.exe and select " Run as administrator " to run it. Please wait while the tool starts. It will appear to be doing nothing and may take a few seconds to come up. Click the More Options button below the large panel and check the box: Click on Run script button Please wait patiently (it may take a few minutes ) until a log report will open (this may be after reboot, if required) Copy (Ctrl +C) and paste (Ctrl +V) the contents of the opened entire report back here.Note: It will also create a log in the C:\ directory named "zoek-results.log"

Hi DougSr,
It has been two days since my last post. Do you still need help? Do you need more time? Are you having problems following my instructions? According to Malware Removal's latest policy, topics can be closed after 3 days without a response. If you do not reply within the next 24 hours , this topic will be closed.

Due to a lack of response, this topic is now closed. If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
