I posted a request for help at

I do not know why a determination was made that the computer is being used for business purposes or to connect to a business network. This is not the case and I can provide clarification for anything that may have elicited that impression. I am in dire straits with my malware problem and would appreciate any assistance.

Amongst other things, you are using software that is for centrally managed corporate environments, and your DNS settings indicate you connect to a private corporate network.

IMO that means you're using your machine at least in part for business purposes.

Sorry, we can't help you.
