Hello everyone,

I'm not good at computes, just a user.
So, I had a problem with my pc a while ago, my hard drive died and they changed it and installed Windows 7 on a new disk. Since then when i click a link in Google Chrome now and then it opens a google survey window, which is very annoying, it is not anywhere in my parameters and i don't know how to stop it from appearing.

Another thing, i need to do a research on WTO search and when i try to click on a country's trade profile, it redirects me to a local dating site.
I tried advance system care, it didn't find anything. I'm running avast now but sceptical that it finds anything.
I don't even know how to use those malware programs or create reports, it's all Greek to me.
Can anyone please help?

Thanks

By posting just a description of your problems it is likely that your topic will be passed by and you will not receive the help you're looking for.

We need to know what's running on your computer so we can give you appropriate instructions.

May I draw your attention to THIS topic, which you should have read, and which tells you what we need you to post so that we can help you.

This topic will now be closed.

If you still need help, please start a new thread with:

  • FRST.txt
  • Addition.txt
  • Details of your problems.

If for any reason you can't run FRST, please let us know in your post.
