Need to remove .exe file

Unread postby TrucknMom2 » February 22nd, 2013, 9:27 pm

I just ran avast on every file and found ....Threat: Win32 MalOb-JN (cryp) severity: high and file name: process1124 [rapportmgmtservice.exe].
This morning I got up to find when I turned it on it went to DOS screen saying primary hard disk drive 0 not found. I turned it off, unplugged and saw press F1 to reboot or F2 to setup utility. Turned it off as I was not able to reboot, it only beeped. Then pressed esc and turned it off. Restarted and it came back fine.
My daughter told me I need to manually remove that file but I do not know where to begin.
Can someone help me out or I'm going to lose my PC if I haven't already.
