I have been receiving help from this forum since 24 Jan from wannabeageek and have replied to every request. The last request for information I received was on Sunday 3 February (timed at 4.35 pm GMT). I replied to this at approx 7.00 pm, including all the logs asked for (I still have the logs on my desktop). I can only read my e-mails in the evening after returning home from work, but today I did not check my e-mails until 10.00 pm and found that my topic has been closed because I did not answer on Sunday. I DID reply on Sunday, but my post has disappeared

However, the last post from my helper was at 3.55 am this morning (Wednesday 6 Feb) which said the topic would be closed in 24 hours if I did not reply. It was closed at 9.06 pm Wednesday - that is NOT 24 hours.

I don't know what happened to my post on Sunday, but I did post it and I still have the requested logs on my desktop. Where do I go from here? :(

Your helper posted instructions to you at 03 Feb 2013 16:35 GMT, you had 3 days to respond.

At 06 Feb 2013 21:06 today I closed the topic as you had failed to respond within 3 days.

My post explains the procedure for opening a new topic with new logs.
