Hi and welcome to the forum.

You should fix these lines in HJT (with all other windows closed).

O18 - Filter: text/html - (no CLSID) - (no file)
O18 - Filter: text/plain - (no CLSID) - (no file)

then reboot. Do a fresh HJT log and they should be gone.

If not you may need to disable the anti-malware programs you have running before doing so, they can sometimes stop legit programs like HJT from working properly.

Ad-watch is one of them that you may need to disable.

If the HJT log shows clean then you are finished - well done in getting rid of spyaxe - not a nice program.

Please post back with the fresh HJT log when finished, so I can recheck.
