I clicked remove on Malwarebytes and am now trying the ESET online scanner again. Will post results shortly.

ESET found nothing and repete Malwarebytes scans found nothing... Looks good now. That is other than having to un-hide all my files and my start menu/desktop is a mess.

hwmitche,
If those Explorer settings weren't put there by you, those removals are fine.
Once the infection is removed, it's a matter of putting back all the settings the way you want them.
