I did not know Service Pack 1 of Windows Vista no longer had support. This is probably why I am having my second trojan, The first one I was able to get rid of on my own. But this one I can't. I have Zonealarm Extreme Security. It detects the trojan, but that's all. I have downloaded Malwarebytes, Super Anti Spyware, Spybot Search and Destroy and none of these detects anything. But Zonealarm keeps detecting it when running a deep scan and something is wrong. Download speed has slowed down and now I can't even download Service Pack 2. So I do need help. My computer is a Vaio laptop. Can you help? Thank you. Worst, for the first time, gmail alerted me I was victim of "spoofing" (somebody using my e-mail to send e-mails to other people, I do not know if it has something to do with this trojan). Thanks again. I will wait for your answer. Sofia
