Hi missy, I believe your computer is now free from malware, your latest logs are clean. Also some of your programs are outdated and thus a security risk, I have provided you with links below to update your Java and Flash player. Also It would be a good idea to upgrade from IE8 to IE9, You can do this from the Windos update link below.
Your Java is out of date.Before you install the latest version you should remove the outdated versions from your computer. Go to Control Panel and click on "Uninstall a Program" and remove "Java(TM) 6 Update 25"
It can be updated by the Java control panel
- click on Start > Control Panel (Classic View) > Java (looks like a coffee cup) > Update Tab > Update Now.
- An update should begin.
- Just follow the prompts.

This will remove all the tools we used to clean your pc. - Close all other programs apart from OTL as this step will require a reboot
- On the OTL main screen, press the CleanUp! button
- Say Yes to the prompt and then allow the program to reboot your computer.
If there are any of the tools we used left on your desktop you can now delete them.Create a new, clean System Restore point which you can use in case of future system problems:- Press Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >>System Tools >> System Restore
- Select Create a restore point, then Next, type a name like All Clean then press the Create button and once it's done press Close
- Now remove old, infected System Restore points:
- Next click Start >> Run and type cleanmgr in the box and press OK
- Ensure the boxes for Recycle Bin, Temporary Files and Temporary Internet Files are checked, you can choose to check other boxes if you wish but they are not required.
- Select the More Options tab, under System Restore press Clean up... and say Yes to the prompt
- Press OK and Yes to confirm
