This is the second topic you have started regarding the same computer. Do not start new topics; stay with your original topic and wait until you have received a response:

viewtopic.php?f=11&t=59330

Do not post a reply to your original topic until you have received a response from a helper. If you post a reply to your topic prior to receiving a response from a helper, that topic will be closed as our helpers are looking for topics with zero replies. Replying to your own topic prior to receiving a response from a helper would only result in your topic being overlooked as it would no longer have zero replies. Therefore, the topic would be closed and you would need to start a new topic.

Be patient. There are others who have been waiting longer than you, so do not expect an immediate reply. If your situation is emergent and you require immediate help, then we suggest you take your computer to a trusted local shop where they may be able to begin work on it much sooner than any of the volunteer-supported free sites such as this one.

This topic is now closed.
