hi,
i have window xp sp3 installed on my computer with MSE. two days back, my unhackme showed infection with zero acces rootkit. i was not able to rmove it with MSE, so instead i used TDSS killer and regrun warrior cd to clear the infection. after bootup my explorer was not loading. so i repair it with my window xp sp2 cd. during repair, it showd that it can't copy certain files from cd like rtlcpapi.dll, rtcomdll.dll, syssp2 etc and allow me to skip them. when repair was fineshed my computer was not showing taskbar at bottom, neither startup menu was functioning, no network connection was visible. when i tried to install sp3 it showed error due to certain missing files. when i tried to boot from bitdefender or kaspersky rescue cd, it hanged. please help me as i don't want to format my HDD. secondly when i opened system32 folder and tried to open certein subfolders like bits, it showed me access denied. i know that this is all caused by virus.please help me
