The log you've posted is from an out of date version of HijackThis.

We no longer use that program to analyse machines. If you still need help, please do the following ....

Download DDS and save it to your Desktop (must be in this location).
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
  • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
    • DDS.txt
    • Attach.txt
  • Save both to your Desktop.
  • Copy/Paste the contents of both into your next reply please.
