Ok, I give up! Don't know what else to do. I tried your suggestion, but the options are greyed out.
Were you logged in as with an admin account when you tried to change the options?
Let's continue to make sure the computer is clean.
Run OTL Script- Double-click OTL.exe to start the program.

- Then click the Run Fix button at the top.
- Click .
- OTL may ask to reboot the machine. Please do so if asked.
- The report should appear in Notepad after the reboot.Copy and Paste that report in your next reply.
Malwarebytes Anti-MalwarePlease download
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.
- Double-click mbam-setup.exe and select then follow the prompts to install the program.
- At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
- If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
- Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
- When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
- Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
- When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please post that log in your next reply.

- Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
- Click on the Logs radio tab.
Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process, if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately. Failure to reboot will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware.
