another spyaxe 3.0 infectee

Hello all, I am having similar troubles with the spyaxe files and have not had any success removing them on my own. I have run ad-aware, and norton system scans as well as a scan through antivir, with no success. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. Here is the log file from my HJT scan:

Hello, and welcome to the Malware Removal forums.

It appears that you have both AntiVir and Norton Internet Security installed on your system. It is neither advisable nor safe to have two resident antivirus products nor two firewall products running on the same system as they will battle each other for system resources and you will end up with less protection rather than more. You may also end up with corrupted files and other system problems. You should decide which of these products you wish to keep and remove the other one immediately. I believe they each have a firewall included, which you definitely need.

Please print out a copy of these instructions or copy them into a text file in Notepad so that you will have them available to you. You will not be able to access them online while performing the required fixes in safe mode.

Download smitRem.exe and save the file to your desktop.
Double click on the file to extract it to it's own folder on the desktop.

Place a shortcut to Panda ActiveScan on your desktop.

Download CCleaner from here to clean temp files from your computer. This should make the scans go somewhat faster.

• Double click on the file to start the installation of the program.
• Select your language and click OK, then next.
• Read the license agreement and click I Agree.
• Click next to use the default install location. Click Install then finish to complete installation.
• Double click the CCleaner shortcut on the desktop to start the program.
• On the "Windows" tab, under "Internet Explorer," uncheck "Cookies" if you do not want them deleted. (If deleted, you will likely need to reenter your passwords at all sites where a cookie is used to recognize you when you visit).
• If you use either the Firefox or Mozilla browsers, the box to uncheck for "Cookies" is on the Applications tab, under Firefox/Mozilla.
• Click on "Options" at the top of the window, then click on the advanced" button.
  deselect "Only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 48 hours." Click on "OK."
• Click Run Cleaner to run the program.
• Caution: It is not recommended that you use the "Issues" feature unless you are very familiar with the registry as it has been known to find legitimate items.
• After CCleaner has completed its process, click Exit.
