Can not paste DDS

I tried and I can copy the files from the desktop, but when I try to paste them the paste is not dark and will not work. What am I doing wrong here?

Go to your desktop and open the DDS file. Press the Ctrl and A keys at the same time to select all the file's contents; Ctrl + C to copy the contents; then start a new topic and press Ctrl + V to paste the contents of your clipboard into your post.

Do the same for the other file and paste its contents into the same post. Do NOT post it as a second post. Your topic must only have one post in it in order to receive a response from a helper. If for some reason both posts won't fit, then leave the Attach file for later and just post the contents of the DDS file.

This topic is now closed.
