I was hoping someone could provide advice or insight into a possible solution, with this issue as I am not a technical person by any stretch. I have Trendmicro Titanium, RUBotted and Browserguard. I was recently was alerted by RuBotted that it caught something called "Possible Kraken BoBax". However, in the cleanup ressult log it states that it is "unable to remove" it. I tried to locate info on this malware on line without much success.
My inquiry was responded to very quickly and I thank you for that! As part of the response, I was instructed to run the DDS scan and post the results of that scan, which is what I have done below.
