I just got off the phone with Microsoft Genuine Advantage team. Had you taken the time to explain what you were talking about and what you were referring to all of this could have been sorted out much sooner. But instead you wanted to be controlling and just shut the thread down instead of being a leader and walking me through the issue. I still see you as being wrong but seeing as how I cannot read anything in the log other than plain text (ie; where it says my install is GENUINE) I have to concede that since my newest log is different from the previous log (only in the key and hash), that something changed. Shaun at MGA specifically said that there was nothing wrong with my installation, and that is was 100% genuine. He said that it was not ACTIVATED, not invalid, or illegal.
He asked for the key on the bottom of my laptop and then had me install a key tool, I entered in a key that he read to me, and then rebooted the system. A notification came up that said everything was good to go.
Now, here is yet another copy of the log:

I have not examined the WGA logs in the topic you've referenced and, therefore, have no comment regarding the status of your Windows operating system, other than to state that your operating system is sorely out of date with only SP2 installed. XP systems must have SP3 installed in order to receive Windows Updates, which means your operating system has received no security updates since at least this past July. This means your system is extremely vulnerable to attacks by malware. In addition, you are running Peer-to-Peer filesharing software on this already vulnerable computer, which only serves to compound the problem.

This site does not support the use of Peer-to-Peer software.

I should also inform you that the log you've posted shows that you are currently running a non-genuine installation of Microsoft Office Professional Version 2003, which was activated with a Volume License key that has been blocked by Microsoft. Volume License keys are blocked by Microsoft at the request of the original keyholder for a number of reasons, including the key being lost, stolen, compromised, misused, etc.

It is the policy of this site that our volunteers do not assist with computers on which non-legitimate, pirated, and/or cracked software is installed, therefore, we cannot assist you with this computer.

As we are unable to assist you, due to software on this system that is not in compliance with MRU guidelines, this topic is now closed. Do not start a new topic.
