malware asking for PIN

We seem to have a virus that we can't locate. It's not picked up by any virus or malware software. When logging in to any financial website (like our bank or Discover Card) it says "we do not recognize this computer and then asks for login, cvv, password, PIN". In running a TrendMicro HiJack This scan of the laptop, one of the items that appears is ranked as a O17 - Domain Hijack. However, upon fixing/deleting this, the internet is then inaccessible. The exact name of the file that is running and that we suspect is:

HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{A6B41E14-937E-4AD7-8382-19CFEA6DFF08}:NameServer = 206.74.254.2,204.116.57.2

Thank you,
RobertH.
